Navigating life transitions

Life is hard. You don’t have to go through your toughest transitions alone.

Hi, I’m Janet Clevenger,
MS, LCMFT (KS), LMFT (MO), AAMFT

Smiling woman with short, wavy hair wearing a black top and red necklace.

Access to mental health has never been easier, but there is a big difference between wanting to grow and heal, and actually having the guts to do it.

Hi, I’m Janet Clevenger, MS, LCMFT, an experienced and established therapist in the Kansas City area. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of working with hundreds of individuals, couples, and families as they navigate difficulties in their lives and relationships.

Whether it’s walking alongside a person with disordered eating, building lines of communication between parents and adult children, or helping people heal from religious or relational trauma, I’m committed to being both a fierce truth-teller and an empathetic healing partner throughout your therapy experience.

As affordable therapy becomes more and more difficult to come by, I have opened up my practice to Masters-level interns capable of providing high-quality therapy services at discounted rates.

We’re happy you found Watermark. We hope to meet you in the next step of your healing process.
