Week 1: Laying the foundation

Personality
We begin by exploring each partner’s unique personality traits, helping you better understand each other’s habits, preferences, and approaches to life. This insight fosters empathy and appreciation for your differences.

Communication
Effective communication is key to any lasting relationship. We’ll provide the tools to improve how you express needs, listen actively, and handle misunderstandings with greater clarity and compassion.

Strengths and growth areas
Every couple has areas where they naturally thrive and others that may need attention. We’ll identify these through the Prepare-Enrich tool and teach you how to build on your strengths while addressing growth opportunities.

Conflict resolution
Disagreements are inevitable, but how you navigate them is what matters. Learn proven techniques to handle conflict constructively, ensuring that disputes bring you closer rather than driving you apart.

Week 2: Deepening the connection

Money
Finances can be a major source of stress for couples. This week, we’ll dive into practical strategies for aligning your financial goals and managing money in a way that supports your relationship rather than creates tension.

Affection and sex
We’ll explore the role of physical and emotional intimacy in your relationship, providing tools to help you openly discuss and meet each other’s needs, fostering a healthy and fulfilling bond.

Closeness and flexibility
Understanding your emotional closeness and how flexible you are as a couple is crucial for long-term harmony. We’ll help you strike a balance between connection and independence, creating a more resilient partnership.

Family
Whether you’re navigating relationships with in-laws or discussing plans for starting a family, we’ll guide you through important conversations that can shape your future. Learn to set boundaries and nurture family relationships that support your marriage.
